When starting a new project, the cost of a final project often overruns initial cost. Cost overruns may occur on 50 – 80% of projects, depending upon industry sector. This can be costly for your business.

Inaccurate estimates lead to project cost over-runs, reduced profit and diminished return on investment. This course provides delegates with key skills and knowledge required to produce reliable estimates and cost management plans for projects to be delivered on budget. The course addresses all the key areas including estimating processes, modeling, feasibility, governance, scoping, resourcing, time, tendering, contracts, contingency, quality, stakeholder and risk management.

This program provides delegates with core knowledge and skills for developing realistic cost estimates suited to their organisations projects. Delegates are exposed to principles, practical tools, techniques and processes applicable to small, medium and large projects.
