This workshop aims to build the holistic understandings on the compensation and benefits. The course covers foundations and all essential concept, knowledge, as well as technique, concerning job grades, benefits structure, salary structure design, and salary administration practices, required for the organization to management compensation and benefits effectively.  From the learning, the delegates would be able to apply knowledge to judge the compensation and benefits scheme that suit to their organizations.

        Atikom has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with honors from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology (KMITL), a Master of Industrial Engineering and Management from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), and an MBA from Thammasat University.
